DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"146\" data-end=\"182\"><strong>13.1 Informal Negotiations<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"183\" data-end=\"645\">To expedite resolution and control costs, any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these <strong data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"292\">Legal Terms<\/strong> (each a &#8220;Dispute&#8221; and collectively, the &#8220;Disputes&#8221;) must first be attempted to be resolved informally. Both parties (&#8220;Party&#8221; or &#8220;Parties&#8221;) agree to negotiate any Dispute (except as explicitly stated below) for at least <strong data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"532\">thirty (30) days<\/strong> before initiating arbitration.
