As a valued member of Mind Mingle Media's growth team in Ahmedabad, you will work on live brand campaigns across D2C e-commerce, Gujarati cinema, fashion retail, hospitality, and corporate enterprises. We prioritize initiative, creative energy, and genuine accountability over rigid hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Tasks
- Make structured introductory calls to inbound website leads to confirm their marketing requirements.
- Coordinate follow-up calls between prospective clients and agency marketing consultants.
- Call talent management agencies and regional influencers to collect commercial rate cards.
- Maintain complete call logs, status remarks, and follow-up reminders on internal CRM.
- Provide courteous, helpful phone customer support to all incoming inquiries.
Requirements, Qualifications & Skills
- Warm, professional, and clear telephone manner in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Active listening skills with the ability to summarize client needs accurately.
- Punctual, disciplined, and organized approach to daily call schedules.
- Comfort with phone-based communication and relationship building.
