Craft high-retention, commercial-grade vertical video ads, cinematic brand films, kinetic typography reels, and YouTube long-form content.
As a valued member of Mind Mingle Media's growth team in Ahmedabad, you will work on live brand campaigns across D2C e-commerce, Gujarati cinema, fashion retail, hospitality, and corporate enterprises. We prioritize initiative, creative energy, and genuine accountability over rigid hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Tasks
- Edit high-converting 9:16 vertical reels and TikTok-style ads with 3-second visual hooks.
- Design custom motion graphics, lower thirds, 3D element popups, and title animations in After Effects.
- Perform advanced color grading (LUTs, Rec.709, cinematic curves) and audio sweetening (sound design, SFX, voice EQ).
- Iterate variations of winning video ad hooks to continuously beat client CPA benchmarks.
- Mentor junior video editors and maintain organized project archive libraries.
Requirements, Qualifications & Skills
- Expert mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (CapCut Pro / DaVinci Resolve a plus).
- Outstanding portfolio showing high-retention social ads, kinetic typography, and motion design.
- Deep understanding of short-form pacing, retention drop-off psychology, and viral sound design.
- High speed of execution without sacrificing polish and visual detail.
