Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Tasks

Develop bespoke, lightweight WordPress themes and templates from Figma designs with zero bloat.
Achieve sub-second page load speeds and 95+ Google PageSpeed Core Web Vitals scores.
Implement interactive JavaScript calculators, multi-step lead funnels, and CRM API webhooks.
Ensure 100% responsive fluid layouts across all mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints.
Maintain technical site security, SSL configurations, and database query optimizations.

Requirements, Qualifications & Skills

Proficient in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), semantic HTML5, modern CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and WordPress theme architecture.
