As a valued member of Mind Mingle Media's growth team in Ahmedabad, you will work on live brand campaigns across D2C e-commerce, Gujarati cinema, fashion retail, hospitality, and corporate enterprises. We prioritize initiative, creative energy, and genuine accountability over rigid hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Tasks
- Generate, nurture, and close qualified enterprise and SME leads across Gujarat and pan-India.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to identify client marketing bottlenecks and ROI goals.
- Collaborate with internal strategy pods to craft compelling, high-converting pitch proposals.
- Deliver persuasive in-person and virtual presentations to Managing Directors and CMOs.
- Negotiate retainer scope, contract terms, and client onboarding milestones.
Requirements, Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated track record closing B2B agency, SaaS, or corporate service retainers.
- Charismatic, consultative sales presence with outstanding presentation skills.
- Deep comprehension of digital marketing services (Meta Ads, SEO, Influencer PR, Web).
- Strong commercial negotiation acumen and relationship-building mindset.
