Work directly with our senior viral content strategists to brainstorm, schedule, and grow high-engagement brand communities across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
As a valued member of Mind Mingle Media's growth team in Ahmedabad, you will work on live brand campaigns across D2C e-commerce, Gujarati cinema, fashion retail, hospitality, and corporate enterprises. We prioritize initiative, creative energy, and genuine accountability over rigid hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Tasks
- Track daily cultural trends, trending audio tracks, and meme formats suitable for client brands.
- Draft punchy reel captions, storytelling hooks, and relevant hashtags for weekly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish approved reels, carousels, and stories using Meta Business Suite.
- Engage promptly with comments, direct messages (DMs), and community mentions to boost organic engagement.
- Monitor weekly account insights, follower growth trajectories, and profile visits.
Requirements, Qualifications & Skills
- Strong creative curiosity with a natural sense of humor and modern internet culture.
- Engaging writing style with clean spelling and grammar.
- Basic familiarity with Canva, Instagram Creator tools, and Meta Business Suite.
- Desire to understand social algorithms, watch-time psychology, and brand voice consistency.
